Sometimes when you jump you barely move and sometimes you fly up. Also if you jump and shoot you need to shoot again to be able to move. The character moved a bit too slowly for a platformer and sometimes you fall through the platforms. The thing you shoot kills the enemies even if it goes over or under them.

The drawing and animation were very good but it didn't make much sense. The trees growing looked rushed because the trees just expanded. Reminds me of the film Dark City. 8/10.

Very good for a first flash, not much is wrong with it but the play button should have stopped to make it easier to click and the screenshot on the computer looked out of place with the drawing style you used. Also the door didn't quite look right when it opened.
